Flow with grace and strength in this synergistic combination of yoga and pilates. Move through a breath centred practice of vinyasa yoga flow led by Amanda before moving to pilates led by Kaori, working on the core powerhouse, deeper posture alignment before relaxation with the soothing and grounding sounds of Live tibetan singing bowls played by both facilitators. Get energised and pleasantly relaxed in this session!
