We invite you to schedule some “Me-time” in your weekend calendar. Make a commitment to self-care and learn to slow down with breathing and moving mindfully in this session led by Akiko and Amanda.
This 2.5 hour session will start with warm ups, and both teachers interweaving therapeutic movements and yoga sequences with live singing bowl playing to bring your body, mind and spirit towards a better state of awareness and settlement. Participants will be led into a very special Savasana, transiting into Sound Meditation with a variety of Ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls.
