Do you know a majority of Dis-eases in the body are mostly contributed by psychosomatic origins from the mind?
Yoga has been known to be a therapeutic tool to manage and prevent dis-eases and illnesses through time. This workshop focuses on the Pranayama (Breath Control) and Nada (Sound) aspect of yoga as a therapeutic tool to self-regulate moods and calm the nervous system.
Simple breathing techniques will be introduced to help calm of the overactive mind. Sounds vocalized by the breath further aids in relaxation and harmonisation of the body, mind and spirit. Sound Vibrations from the Singing Bowls creates more depth and space to the healing processes of the body from a cellular level. Mindfulness of the experience begins to occur from a non-judgemental angle.
Participants will enjoy a short sound meditation with Tibetan Singing Bowls at the end.
